I am not a liberal. I also showed that it was not what others seemed to be calling it. I read the article, showed where it suggested but did not prove that anything was being forced. Then I cited the very legislation that shows that none of it is required.

I was suggesting that reading one opinion article does not mean the world is coming to an end, or that Obama has a world plan for the youth of America. I am looking forward to someone showing me where the bill forces anyone to do anything. It provides grant funds for schools that want to use it, they are free to skip it. there is no penalty clause in bill that I can find. Calling me a liberal apologist is a meaningless ad hominem attack. Even if it were true I could still be correct.

On the bill itself, everyone needs to remember this is just a version passed by the House, Senate is next, then Committees. It will most likely look much different by the time it is signed (IF it makes it) by Lord Obama.

I agree with Rick , one of the issues that is going on with the current congress is that things are re-written and bounced back and piled on deeper and deeper and then signed into law before anyone really has the chance to review and interpret whats really going on.
