I think it has been clearly stated that the Disco II was not the problem, but it was the driver (which was me).

I just got Getting UNstuck and Getting PREpared yesterday via EE. I will also be going wheeling at Spring Creek Off-road Park this Saturday. You are more than welcome to come out... maybe we can watch the videos before or Ill let you take them with you after.
The terrain out there covers the gambit... There is Spring Creek running right through the middle of the area and most (if not all) off the offroad area is in the flood plane of the creek. The ground is totally sand/silt so it drains well and with proper tire pressure and driving technique is hard to get too stuck in.
Plus there are a lot of people out there helping out.
I took my rig out there bone stock and never got stuck once.... I pulled out purpose rigs with my stock Disco II on Forteras at the time!

Just read this whole thread...all I can say is for a 25 year old software developer virgin, you suck at spelling and drawing. Thats all..
Do you still have the 18 inchers on ??? A good 16 inch mud tire with a few inches of lift and a good steady momentum would have gotten you at least 20 feet further than that
