I have a 95 D1 with a 200tdi and a 5 speed. I pulled the working transfer case from my automatic and put it on the 5 speed. Now it's stuck in neutral. Any thoughts?
True, but you have to remove the waterpump to do a timing belt on a 200 which is sort of annoying, and I'm not a huge V belt fan. Either way, if you have any questions feel free to PM me, I finished my 300 swap earlier this year. This will be pretty useful to you when you don't know why your truck won't start after the conversion ---

I'm confused.
The 300s fire almost immediately once you get all the air purged.
It's really satisfying to walk up to a truck that hasn't run for months, turn the key and listen to it fire up.
They only fire when they're getting a signal. Turning the key wasn't doing anything. The auto looks for signals from a couple different things before starting.
