Well, then I take back what I said. It appeared that that string was direct toward me. Regardless, the reason this thread gains my attention is because I envy most the people on the site. I work my balls off every day to get where I am at and seeing what other people have makes me want to work even harder. This is what makes this country so great. So, disregard my previous post.

That's what is so great about this place! The sky is the limit! Rock on man.

I was thinking about this thread last night in a semi philosophical mood and came to this conclusion:
"There is a difference between being happy and being happy with your stuff." It seems that too many people equate "happiness" with "stuff". Feel free to quote me on that.

I think too many people get caught up in the quest for more and better possessions (self included). I'm trying to make a conscious decision to not lust after new things all the time and just be happy with what I've got.

In my driveway:

97 D1( modified)
87 Range Rover (yep, modified)
70 Land Cruiser FJ55 wagon (heavily modified, can't leave anything alone)
04 Bug, turbo convertible
03 YZ250F

I pretty much spend most of my time in the garage, lounging around all these toys.

90 Classic
2003 Vw Jetta diesel (A outstanding car!)
1997 super gaudy red convertable Mustang Gt (Impulse Buy, and a suprisingly good car. Easy to fix, Cheap to fix and 22 MPG---And cheaper insurance then the Rover!)
1989 Isusu Pickup. I have to us SOMETHING to pick up Rover Parts.
1982 Fiat X 1/9. had one in High School. Not a fast car, but gives the illusion of speed with noise and ride. It's being painted right now. $2000 paintjob on a $1000 car. :)

1994 Suzusi GS500E- hers.... Fun bike though.
1991 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 - Had it forever and never had the heart to get rid of it. Way more Money and time then common sense would ever allow.

well, I'm just in an apartment right now, so in my assigned spots are a 90 RRC and a 03 Inifiniti g35 coupe. Somewhere in Minnesota is a 87 RRC that belongs to me as well. Need to get it down here or get rid of it (best offer over $1k takes it!)
