I just got this email this morning. Really? Who really falls for this?

I'm sorry for this odd request,it might get to you too urgent,it's because of the situation of things right now, I'm stuck in Cardiff Wales, United Kingdom right now. I came down here on vacation and got robbed, my bags, cash,cards and my cell phone were stolen at GUN POINT, it was such a crazy experience for me.I need some cash to sort out the hotel bills, the authorities are not being 100% supportive,the good thing is that i still have my passport but don't have enough money to pay the hotel bills and get back home, please i need you to loan me some money,i will refund you as soon as I'm back home, i promise,you have my word.Please get back to me so that i can tell you how to get the money to me...

Same thing happened to me. I knew it was bullshit because it came from my father.
It was pretty much the exact same text.

Yep, same thing happened to the guy who sits next to me at work. His Gmail account got hacked and they sent out almost the exact same email. I knew it was a scam because he was sitting right next to me when it was sent to me.
