Wiper Arms for D2

I got a Rover's North Flyer today and they had wiper arms for sale for $12.95 for RNH892 that were used on '90 + Range Rover Classics. I know D1 wiper arms work on a D2, would RRC arms work? I would love to covert to "normal" wipers.

I called Rover's North and unfortunately, they don't fit. But they do sell a D1 Wiper Kit with Arms, Wipers etc. for $60.

That's really odd as I have DI wiper arms on several of my Classics, including the '88.

The RRC were of a slightly different design, but I can't imagine that precluding their being used-mainly a cosmetic difference.

I've got a set of used DII wiper arms if you are interested in them. I'll let 'em go for cheap.

Mate - 3 second on each arm with a grinder and you have arms that fit normal d1 etc blades...seriously its only a very small nudge with the grinder to make them fit. Just get a conventional blade, slip it in, and see where to grind to make them fit...looks so neat you can never tell.

John, you can use regular old refills on DII arms.

silblade makes a replacement that fits DII arms as well, that's what I did...
