Something fun in the bad weather... Ultima Online

We would all rather be out driving/wrenching/wheeling... I am a nerd sometimes too... Also- it's free fun and we all need that while owning these trucks. Buy a pizza and a six-pack and veg out on this in the evenings. So back in 1999 there was a game that allowed you to log in and literally do...

Also wanted to point out that I put in a BRAND NEW Wabco ABS modulator in late 2011. Not a lot that hasn't been done. I am willing to drive the truck to meet you anywhere in the lower 50. If you're way out there maybe we could meet half way. I know this price is a bit higher than the...

2004 D2 Trail Built and Well Maintained

No it wasn't. This is a direct copy and paste of my personal log. I was going through the log a couple months back and missed the December entry, which was the correct one. I added the line into the Feb log entry. I fixed the drain plastic that met the metal drain tube with 3M Marine epoxy...

DFW Dallas Head Gasket Mechanic. Rocommendations

I know you Dallas boys need all the help you can get... Houston get's things done. Hug it out. :bigok: Do it yourself man. If it's a daily driver then take Friday or Monday off work and expect to just give yourself the whole weekend. I don't think you will need it if you are a relatively...

    Muffler Hunting... Power/Noise

First off, thanks for all your input. I considered everything said. I believe that I should go back to stock -resonator and give that a go. There is a stock muffler at hand that's not going to cost me anything and I can evaluate the situation from there. It's doubtful that I am realizing any...

    Muffler Hunting... Power/Noise

So I'm just over thinking some first world problems here. I have a Flowmaster 40 series on the 2004 D2 right now. It's just too loud for most things I do with the truck. Often I am at my friends ranch and while driving out to stands or to check traps, well, it's just too damn loud. Scaring...

Overheating After Extensive Coolant system renovation

UPDATE: Got the exhaust gas tester and after 3 tests we never received a reading that indicated exhaust gasses present in the coolant. Next step: remove the thermostat and test it in hot water.

I think we're going to spring for the tester. It's the last reasonable thing to do before calling it.
