Mine was seized bad, vice grips would not turn it. I got a new motor for a Toyota Corolla to put in there. It was an exact fit, I just had to use my original plug (with the black and blue wires switched to make it turn the right way).

This may sound silly, but if you don't know the history of your truck, make sure that the ac condenser fans are spinning in the right direction. They could be aftermarket and hooked up wrong. Just throwing that out there.
