Check your tach and MIL lamp when you crank it. If the tach doesn't move at all and the MIL remains lit, you likely have a bad CKP sensor. I think they are like $70 or so if you end up needing one. The RAVE CD says you need to use Testbook to reset the new sensor with stored data as baseline...
Maybe you tripped the inertia switch? I know that kills the fuel pump. I think the only other sensor that can prevent you from starting is a bad CKP (crankshaft positioning) sensor. Maybe you accidentally dis-lodged the wiring there.

When you did the test did you completely disconnect the solenoid wiring? You need to remove all solenoid wiring to the winch to perform the test Ryan listed which does work for the X9 winch motor. And make sure the battery ground is still connected to the winch ground.
