So if the left channel is dead it is most likely a bad ground (located near the driver door) or the channel on the amp is just fried? There is no fuse on the amp that could be blown?
No, I had installed new speakers with a possible loose connection but the new owner tried putting the old speaker in and it still did not work. thanks.
I just told my Disco to a family friend and now the front driver speaker does not work. Its a 97 DI and really want to give him a good answer. It does not work at all, is there individual fuses for each speaker if the front? Is the amp by the passenger side legs? Any help is much appreciated...
I am selling my dark blue LR Discovery I that has 106k miles on it. I will try and get pictures up by tommorow.
-Engine runs great and was replaced at around 60k miles, gotta check papers from previous owner. New basic converter, muffler, ypipe setup less than 6 months ago.
-No body rust...
Ya but I do would not think it is a fuse because its work every once in a while. If a fuse was the problem wouldnt it rather be a blown/not blown situation or can a fuse be going bad? So far it looks like the pedal switch is alright. Thanks for the help by the way.
I have had problems with my cruise control before but it was usually just a cracked line. I dont know how huge of a sin it is but I usually leave the cruise control switch on. Well now about half the time my cruise doesn't work at all. If it does it will usually last about 5 minutes and then cut...
Sorry about that I guess I didnt do enough research but its good to know theres a place like you guys that actually understands everything electrical in the car. I dont want to bash german concepts but the only thing I would actually let them touch would the remotes because they couldnt screww...
Im looking for both the black plastic shrouds for under the seats of D1's. I only want them if they are pretty much completely unbroken. Plus the little doors for them if you got them. Located in South Bend, Indiana 46637
Could you give me the individual prices of:
-Black plastic shroud for under the front seats if their not broken
-Jump seats
-Map pockets for the two front doors
-Drivers floor mat
Just letting you guys know theres a places called German Concepts near South Bend that can program Disco remotes. They dont have testbook but a knock-off and they charge $10 per remote to program. Its nice if you dont feel like driving to Indianapolis or Chicago for the dealer to rip you off.

Now...
I was wondering if the check engine light can turn off on its own accord or if the only way is to manually reset it. I have had a check engine light on forever and after doing alot of things to fix the problem the light started going off by itself. I keep having a cylinder misfire but neither us...
What do you mean pop it out from the side? Are you saying theres enough room to get my hand back there without removing anything. Is there a screw holding the back of the lighter in?
