And I wonder how long it will be before the nice ladies at Brooks-Kushman send them a letter about that domain name-LOL.

Thats a very progressive law. Seems to good to be true for NY. Out here in Oregon the only law would be a gun.

But I have to ask, you keep referring to them as a "dealer". Are they actually a LR Dealer? or are they just a sales operation specializing in Rovers? (Go Steelers!)

For some reason, I think I read somewhere that either in pa-va-dc-md or wherever it was, that if you buy and sell, or maybe it was just sell, more than 3 cars a year, you are a dealer.
I may be completely off though.

dcarr1971 said:This sounds correct.
Having been in the Dealer Finance end of the business once (about 10 yrs ago), I can tell you that as of roughly 2000-2001, in PA you had to get a dealer's license if you sold more than 10 cars in a year. In the last few days I've read somewhere that in NY it is 3 cars...

ptschram said:The hose that goes from the thermostat to the water pump and expansion tank is likely a newer style than what came off. If it has a plastic "Tee", rather than the sidearm hoses welded together, there will be interference with the oil cooler lines. Apparently, the new hose was improved in '03 when they didn't have the oil coolers, thus there is some interference when putting the newer, improved hose on earlier trucks.
I use spray silicone, for good or bad.

dcarr1971 said:Yes. They are supposedly from a Range Rover. You'll have to forgive me for being a n00b, but I don't know anything about whether they're hub centric or not....
