My rover and I aren't speaking right now, burned the fuck out of my arm this summer...and our youngest has oodles of medical crap, that pretty much suck up my days. I run on wine, vodka, and very little sleep Today was the first time I have sat down in a long time, so I thought I would see what was up. I promise to be around more.
Tell me more about this, pm is fine.
Also if anyone else has been getting pm's from him pimping his bumpers let me know. Here or PM is fine.

Wish I read this before reading those 29 pages, would have given me many more hours of sleep time today, lol
I'd sign up, but I wouldn't last very long before being banned, I'm sure. I'd end up breaking one rule or another, and if foul language isn't allowed, I'd be screwed from the get-go.

Reading threads like this one on LRF is like watching Sharknado; you have seen the dumb previews, you know exactly what will happen, but yet tune in to see the 'details.' It is fun and entertaining...
Disclaimer: Neither have I, or anyone I know, have seen, or intend to watch Sharkando.
Bad bumper threads are a whole other thing though.

One of my tool customers is a heavy equipment mechanic. If anyone knows how to extract a BIG vehicle, he does.
Three weeks ago a friend got stuck in the mud...
My customer fired up his F-450 and went to pull him out. Hook up tow strap (4", loops, no hooks, bow shackles) and begins to gently pull.
The factory welded-on tow hook on the pick-up he was pulling tore loose from the frame (frame ripped, not hook, not weld). The piece of frame flew into the corner of the windshield. Surprisingly, his only real injury were 27 pieces of glass in his eyes.
