Do you have HD shafts/lockers?

Me? No lockers but abs/tc worked very well before the wires came loose.

HD shafts? Lol. No comparison to anything available for rover.

I trimmed around 2" higher than Normal for the flexi flares. But I want that tuck.

I will say that you will have no turning radius on big tires like that.

Pssst, that's not what the OP wants to hear. You're supposed to tell him it will be magical and all the chicks at the mall, I mean trail, will get moist at the sight of his big bad 35's.

Haha not asking you...asking the OP. If he can't afford longer radius arms I doubt he's dropped 4K+ into HD axles and diffs that you absolutely need for 35s(unless you're streeting it)

unless the truck is going to be a trailer queen (keeping in mind youre not interested in stretching the wheel base back to stock), i would not go taller than 33's.

even with 35's the watts is going to hold you up. so then you have a taller truck that is still tippy!

Radius arms won't fix the steering limitation...

Edit, what lockers? And rtv explicitly told me Ashcroft is the one who warranties their cv's and they will not warranty or hold up to 35's.

Thats garbage! So you're telling me no one can make an aftermarket HD axle for a Rover that handles a 35" tire???

Dropping $1500 on axles that can only handle 33's seems ridiculous. :ack:

No, no one will warranty them with anything bigger than 33's. ;)

Contact Ashcroft and see what they say...

Hence me putting on 80 axles...

They said no warranty in anything bigger than 33", so maybe they work in 35's maybe they don't. Mine are good to 37's on a heavy 80, so no way to break on a disco in 35's... And cheaper and don't have to deal with a bunch of stuck up venders sourcing rare parts or defending why it broke...

Plus you still won't have any turning radius with radius arms on the front.

I went through all of this in 2010 and it was more "work" and less cost, but the outcome is WAY different the way I did mine.

To be clear, RCV makes the cv's, but Ashcroft "sells" them and determines the warranty, RCV warranties everything they sell for life no questions asked. Obviously Ashcroft won't.

30 seconds? I think it was more like 60-90 seconds. The whole clearing was covered in smoke.

I've seen Mike drive on multiple occasions and if they survive his abuse most guys out there will be fine as long as they floor it with wheels off the ground. Which is how most of the people I've seen break stuff have done it.
