For the record I paid the builder half of what he wanted and sometimes you get screwed. to go to court is not always a Viable solution. To rectify what the first builder did I had to go 400 miles to get him to fix a lot of mistakes but it's not like I go across the street and get another builder because around here he was the only one.
I think your comment is pretty simplistic to say the least. The reason I posted here and not all over the place so peoples dicks would get hard was to see if I could get some positive comments on how to get it better has I can not see all the defects because I have no qualifications on building trucks. I knew when I was going to post here that I probably was going to get it because on the first round I surely did. Anyway to call me a motherfucker is ok on here but to my face I would probably bash your face in minimum.

gotta love internet tough guys…The cold cruel reality is that so called "build" is a time bomb. Face the reality that the hacks that built both versions of your truck fucked it up (especially the current version). It may work, but at some point it will fail.

Post that shit over on pirate and see what the guy's there (who know more than you and the hacks that built that crap) say about the set up…

Big axles and big tires amplify failures, I broke more shit on dirt roads getting to the trails than I did on them.

I'll throw 20 bucks in for the great Widener death match with the dipshit french canadian

Its a cool idea, portal axles... but don't take it to a shop, do it yourself, even if you don't know what the fuck your doing, you could probably pull it off better than what's already done.

This. Why don't you just buy a welder and figure it out?? I know a couple guys that have paid to have their trucks built and it seems shit is always fucked up and half assed. And when their shit does break they're left on the side of the road with their dick in their hand because they have no idea how their truck was built, what's broke, or how to fix it.

It was not to show that my truck is built the right way and you guys know shit it was to see if I could make it better so next thread you can repeat yourself and say that the truck is s shitbox but who cares I know I can finish this summer and next winter I'll do that.
In the meantime I'll keep blowing by jeeps on 44s and enjoy my summer until my truck blows up !

True, but most stock Disco's stick to the malls. It really pisses me off when somebody cones on the trail with little to no working knowledge of their truck because they had it built for them.

Here's the cold cruel truth, you went to 2 different shops that did nothing more than steal your money and build something that is a fucking joke. You then you come back here after the second assfucking you took (and it seems you like it because you had it done to you by 2 different shops) and expect to be heralded as a someone on the cutting edge of "EXTREME" off roading, with a truck that's second to none. It's more like it's seconds from disaster and is a a hacked together abortion. Yep, it's a awesome truck with your poorly built roll cage, rhino lining and really trick hydro winch. Let us know how that works when the engine is stalled because your on a steep incline with that awesome carb setup. Wait, that means you'd have to drive something more than a muddy fire road...

I mentioned bump steer because it's applicable to a poorly built suspension, which is what you have…I'd ask you to explain why you don't have a straight pan hard, but that's beyond your knowledge base...
