The problem is not racism run amok in this country, the problem is interpretation of racism. The majority of Americans don't even know the true definition, much less ever met one.
That's a racist comment.

Washington post (total biased rag, but if anything they over-inflated these stats) tracked police shootings reported in 2016. Almost 1000 people killed by police. Sounds like a huge number, and it is. When you dig down, about 50 of those were "Questionable", Accident, Negligence, or downright Murder. The rest, 900+, were armed and dangerous. Of the 50, 16 were black men, and one was a black girl. It's always a tragedy when someone innocent dies, but this isn't an epidemic, its a statistical error. We have a huge police force and 350 million citizens. This is all bullshit. There are real problems facing our black communities, and it's not the fucking police. Sensationalism created to get clicks is going to destroy this country because most people are too stupid to read between the lines.
Do you actually believe it's not an issue? Statistics aside, it's very much a real issue. Regardless of the origins of the problem, it's absolutely a problem. Racism is real in this country.
You can't just disregard statistics because it doesn't fit with your agenda, Zack. I don't think anybody would say its not an issue, its just not the biggest issue. And to fully resolve a problem one MUST understand the origins of it. Otherwise you're just chasing your tail.
Even when an officer is tried in a court of law and found not guilty, groups like BLM refuse to accept the outcome. They don't want real justice, they want their version of it. The version where thiefs sue the homeowner because they get hurt while committing a crime. The version where mothers cry on TV that their "baby" did nothing wrong as they were selling drugs or waving a gun around. The version where they're consistently told they're a victim and they continue to perpetuate that label.
It warms my heart to see all these people so angry at the players kneeling.

Trump is angry, Pence is angry. People in the streets are protesting for the betterment of this country, Trump is taking us backwards and dividing the country more.
It's been Trumps last week in office every week of every month for the past 10 months.

I don't know. Trump seems okay. The white house and airforce 1 could use some more gold but other than that I don't see a lot of anger. The media on the other hand, they are angry. Trump knows exactly what to say to send them over the edge and does it on a constant. It's comical to sit back and watch. What's so sad it that people buy into the fact Trumps going to start WWIII and wants more Nukes blah blah blah. Sometimes you just have to think for yourself. Trump wants to talk football, we talk football. Trump wants to talk transgender in the military we do that. Trump wants to talk Obamacare, taxes and anything else under the sun he's got it covered. Our media is a joke, all of it. Personally I like the football talk. It's a conversation with deeper roots that needs to be had. Not racism or cop killings but pushing for the betterment of ALL American people.
Anyway....

There is no way the Castile officer should have got off like he did. That verdict tells me that cops have too much leeway.
Im not saying he was "out to get the black man", but that dude wigged the fuck out once he was calmly informed there was a gun in the situation.

like ive said numerous times the real discussion is why do cops get away with (in some cases) murder? doesnt matter if youre black or white, especially when your 4th amendment rights were violated.
I think you're seeing backwards... trump is the one that constantly flies off the handle. Trump cannot take criticism to save his life. That, is hilarious to watch.
