I haven't had any luck contacting the importer of Matzker products in NA, a company named Rover Special Vehicles in Jamestown, RI. I left many phone messages for this Mr. Rich Moody, all unreturned, and tons of e-mails, same story... Has anyone heard of or done business with this company? I have pretty much given up on dealing directly with the German mfg., they keep sending me the same e-mail with a copy of their product web page (in German!) and the price in Euro "and installation additionally the amount payable in advance". I asked to view such installation instructions, figuring I can perhaps do it myself. "Installation guide available on delivery"...
Sounds like a great product, but they sure make it difficult for us here to buy it or even find out more about it. Anyway, if you want to give it a shot yourself (hopefully someone here lives nearby and can stop by), this is the contact info I was sent for Matzker in NA:
