At least the price is palatable. That's right about where it should be.

I checked out the site but the articles/subjects in the first issue did not interest me. I'm sure this is different but they seem like every other magazines' articles. New Land Rover vehicle review, outrageous Defender rebuild, historical expedition/offroad event, series barn find/prior ownership resurrection. For me I don't care about reviews because if I was going to consider buying one I'd test drive it myself, I hate outrageous Defender rebuilds, I've seen tons of footage of camel trophy events, and (in a Jerry Seinfeld voice) how many different ways can you rebuild a series to original spec people? There is more to Land Rover than that.

Yeah they need more light bars on $500 Discos. Maybe even a bonnet bar.

LRM & LRO are great for the pictures, the tech articles, and for having something to hold your interest when you aren't planning to spend a long time reading (evacuating your bowels, for example). But for really exploring a subject they don't provide the depth.

But that is what Dweb is for.
I thought Dweb was for dick jokes and arguments
It's ok, I think $10 an issue is a bit high. I think my CRAWL subscription was less than half that. But I figured I'd give it a shot and signed up for the first year. If I don't like it I just won't renew.
I do have one comment or feedback item. As silly as this will sound. I was really turned off by the $2 shipping charge they tacked on right at the end. Trust me it's not about the $2. I spend more than that on a cup of coffee. It's a principal thing for me. If you want a certain amount just list that amount but don't try and nickel and dime shit to get to your actual price. If it would have been $35 for the first year I probably would have still ordered it just to try it. It's the same shit at work. We have a service provider with contract fees of over $1 million and then they fucking nickel and dime us with $1,500 out of scope charges. It just drives me fucking nuts.

Full page spread and nephew should never be used in the same sentence.
