so if someone wants to put an underpowered illegal engine in their vehicle will they be able to drive up to canada/down to mexico, throw a 300tdi in the bed of a truck, and return home without incident?
A guy who used to be a friend of mine had a pile of 110s seized coming across the Canadian border. IIRC, they eventually were able to disassemble them enough to bring them in.
