I see that the winch cutout is open. Do you have the winch tray as well?
If it didn't come with your purchase, will you check with the original seller if he might still have it?
Crawl under the truck.
If still present, are wide black plastic pieces screwed between the bottom of the bumper and the edges of the fenders. Unscrew these to gain access to the foglamp from the rear. It's screwed into a mount on the backside of the bumper.
Been awhile, so the details...
The roof rails? WTF?
But, I'll begrudgingly say that the nose IS kinda interesting and fits the truck better than I thought it would (aesthetically only). The tail is a horror show.
One trip to the trail and that thing will never look the same again.....
Behind the right rear (pass side) taillight is the harness you need.
It hangs down a bit off of the loom and is held to the body with

Got your pic Tony.

Just some FYI.
Haven't bought one yet. $117 shipped. Says lifetime warranty. Seller has fairly decent feedback.

I've had one for several years. Out of the box it's very flimsy, but like your example, I floored mine and also added two more cross bars to the base. That solidified it quite a bit.
The rails are nowhere as sturdy as steel and can dent easly, so be aware of that. But the light weight, no rust...
