I just installed a Terrafirma front winch bumper i purchased from Lucky Eight. i have to say the bumper mounted up perfectly and i installed it by myself in about an hour and a half. it also has a guard for the washer bottle so i didn't have to move that and saved a lot of time.

I have a 99 D II and the windshield wipers when on the intermittent setting will not return to the bottom of the windshield. they will stay almost anywhere. when the wipers are on regular or high they work perfectly. what do i need to replace to fix this?? Thanks
