Not sure what this ROL part was for, but it worked. I ran the exhaust up to about 15 PSI and it held. (using a rubber plug on the end of the pipe with a compressor.) You forget how quite these things run when the exhaust it sealed properly. Thanks for the help guys! Especially smart ass Bill...
