So, the front sunroof is pretty F'ed up. The problem is that it won't retract all the way and it sounds as if the motor's gearbox has some missing teeth as it is popping and binding just short of closing up. Didnt get a chance to really pull the headliner and rip it all apart to look at it but...

Honing can still be seen on my '95 w/ 125k on it...doing a top end on mine again due to t-stat/weak radiator combo!!! Needless to say not getting as deep as you are but planning on pulling the engine in a year for a complete overhaul ore possibly diesel conversion....cost for machining heads...

UPDATE: I seemed to overreact when I topped off the cooling system the other day...cylinders look good aka not steamed....freaking thermostat kicked it! Back to driving after I get my water pump seal and new t-stat.

Yeah...def overheated, steam was made for several minutes in 70 degree middle-of-the-day kind of weather...I can understand a little steam, but ran her for about 5 minutes with nothing but steam coming out the entire time, even when revving the engine a bit too. Roverover, I'll PM you.
