Hi guys,
I'm looking at a 99 discovery woodcote green (beautiful color) with 116,000 miles.. It drives great, but has a few lights stuck on the dash (3 amigos), no alarm fob, ac does not work and needs valve cover gaskets (I can do this).
Interior, exterior, and headliner are in great shape...
I'm missing my D1 so badly.. She was a Black 1995 D1 that I put so much work into. I'm thinking of purchasing another one. Any suggestions on year? Which were the better years on early D1 production?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Its been getting pretty warm lately and I noticed my oil light starting to flicker after driving for a while... It flickers and idles up & down, but has not died out yet.
Can this be oil sump issue? the truck has 167,000 on the clock!
Any feedback greatly appreciated!
Thanks
I was driving the truck last weekend while it was very hot outside.. I drove about 70 miles and the brakes barely stopped the truck when arriving to my destination.
I pressed them all the way to firewall, barely stopping... after the truck cooled down , they seemed fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Quick question for 95D1
Can I or should I use any spacers for added height with 2" OME springs and shocks?
Will the added height of the spacers put stress on any drive components? Will this also effect shock length?
Thanks
Ok, Now that its getting warmer I will have to roll the windows down, so time to finally fix this exhaust.. It smells bad! Not like rotten eggs, but just bad gassy exhaust...I even smell it on my clothes sometimes afterwards.. It is the original system with new manifold gaskets..
I have a...

Also looking for genuine rubber rear cargo mat and rear ladder...
Its my first time changing a caliper out.. Is there anything I should be aware of prior to this? Do I have to bleed the brake on that side? Is it an easy procedure?
Any feedback appreciated
Thanks
I no longer have the cd changer and was wondering how to connect a iphone/ipod to cd changer harness for direct audio capabilities.. Will it charge as well?
Any feedback greatly appreciated..

Does anyone know what model Bilstein shock is used with the Rovertym 2" suspension spring lift?
Any certain length? Bilstein or OME? I heard the bilsteins make the disco a tad higher..
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.. Thanks
I recently took off the tint on the rear gate window and may have scratched some of the defroster off.. Is there a fix for this besides getting a new rear glass?
Thanks
Hi Guys,
Before the weather starts getting bad I better fix these front wipers!!!
They work perfect on high, but nothing in 1 or 2, occasionally they will work on their own and maybe stop half way thru the windshield.. It seems, If i play with the switch on the stalk back & forth they will...
The truck seems to run and drive fine with no change on the temperature gauge and no signs of over heating... I shut the truck off and a few cups of coolant leaks out from somewhere under the reservoir.. Fill it back to line and same thing, but only after driving..
What do you think guys?
Any...
After driving the truck for over an hour or so, it dies out while driving or at stop lights . It cranks, but no start and has a strange smell while trying ..
However, It does start when it cools down about 30 min after.. but only drives until hot again and then dies..
I have no codes and a...
Looking for used 2" rovertym springs, vacuum advance and maybe even shocks if they are in decent condition..
My disco is sagging and I really cant afford to dump any brand new parts into it anymore..
Thanks
