Marty rectified the situation after this posting; I would be willing to try working with him again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Always use PayPal in arms-length transactions and be sure to mind the 45 day dispute limitation.

I refunded your money two weeks ago. Check Paypal Rims shipped same day as glass but ups never logged them in. I am fighting with them about insurance but I refunded your money last time we talked

I will go through my refunds when I get home. I'm hauling a trailer back from Daytona and trying to make it home tonight.

Only an ass posts bashing threads on multiple sights when something goes wrong with a deal. Personally, if you did that to me, I would screw you out of the $ just for spite. The REAL Rover crowd is going to ignore your tactics and still buy from him anyways.
