I bet folks would jump on it if it wasnt so far away, ie issues, shipping etc, plus who wants to deal with a shop that has no voicemail and doesnt answer their phone?

I'll see what Mongo can fab up, I've got a sudden burst of motivation...

Yea there more to that story too.. I'd drive my truck to Franks before even calling them.

a bolt on four link is a great idea, but the area where the upper links would 'bolt' to is not strong enough. that area needs plated, 5"x10" at the least with pot welds and butted.

if anyone is interested in a rear four link set up (D2), you have to come to grips that you are going to need to have your shit hacked and welded on. my 4 link works fine, but i am shipping a rear axle out to artec, to get a proper truss made. i am also sending the front axle out to them to get a 4 link truss fabbed up. if you are serious about a rear link set up and possibly a front link set up, they will have the information. from there it's up to you to get the dom, joints, and work done. it will be spring time before i ship them out.

my front arms were made by jordan, then i had ballistic 2.63 joints pressed in at the frame mount, bossed the frame bushing. having the ballistic joints at the frame help a little, but the bind at the axle is still limiting the front. front flex is tricky for me, because i still drive it to wheel it, so i want to be 100% sure the front will take the shock loading a pothole at 70mph will deliver.

That axle mount looks like a lawn chair ready to fold up

Why would you put your lower links mounts (or any part of a 4 link) in single shear? And the geometry is all wrong...

Can't (or gonna struggle) to do a 4 link on the front of a d2...3 link yes, but you have to factor in shock location on both.

It looks like the lower shares the factory radius arm mount, so it would be double shear.

It is possible to manufacture stuff that works with a minimum probability of failure using a single shear design, please stop throwing those terms around until you understand more on the subject.

Let me be the 1st to ask- what is single vs double shear design? It sounds like something I should know before letting someone tear into my rig, yes?
