COO for Communication Associates. We make Attenuators and Equalizers for HFC/ CATV Distribution Systems as well as chokes, A/C Bypass Coils, and other components for power supplies. Oh yeah, and we have a WIMAX network in Atlanta, Anniston, and Birmingham. Kind of random.......
I work in the seismic consulting business directly related to the blasting industry. To put it simply, I set up seismographs and listen to people complain about blasting and the damages it caused to their homes. For the record, I have not seen one legitimate case of blast damage caused by vibration in 7 years....
Wanted to be an Archaeologist until the industry fell apart in BC, Canada. Then was on the fence for a few years.

3D modeler/animator. Previously with a very large software company, but laid off last Feb day before temp disabilty started At least I got to have 2 shoulder surgeries.

I'm a web developer/designer... For my fulltime job I mostly do intranet browser based application development... but freelance I do design & e-commerce development..

I'm the project manager for a family owned business that sells/installs Parking and Access Control equipment. We are the guys that every one hates and complains to when they see us installing our equipment. Our bread and butter lately has been automation for parking garages and surface lots where the either never had any equipment or their getting rid of the parking attendant and replacing them with a machine that doesn't care if you don't have money or listen when you complain about having to pay. Last year was the best year they've had in 30 years and we're still going strong for now.
