OK, I have a '03 Discovery II V8. I need to get it to pass smog, but it has a check engine light on that wont go away. Hooked up to a OBDII diagnostic reader it shows that Bank 1, both O2 seonsors = No Data. Bank 2 is running fine. So I replaced both O2 sesnsors, unplugged the battery to clear...

Good to know that I needed the lt230 crossmember! It is a SWB, so I guess the rear shaft will work. As far as the shifter linkage goes, the cable that is on the LT230 is trash. Do I have to replace it with another cable or can I get a shifter out of a DI?

My younger brother just got his first car and its an '89 RRC! We have a few mods on the way but the biggest thing we need to get done is an LT230 swap. My dad has had a "diff. lock" trasfercase that came off an '04 Disco II. Any idea if this is an LT230? will it fit on my brothers RRC?

I usually run my '03 on 91 but when I fill it with 87 I notice NO differance in performance or fuel mileage.

What kind of a engine is that?...well let me explain myself better...what did it come out of? 4cly diesel or 6?...turbo?
