I'm having the same issue and just ordered the FlowKooler pump. Why use the Dorman 620-602 and trim it vs. 620-112? Anyone change to a FlowKooler pump and stock fan?

My Disco sits for weeks at a time and my Red Top is dependable as they come. I can always count on it NOT to start and be dead! I'm on my 3rd one since 09 and just had it on the charger after sittn for 10 days. A total POS! I'm thinking Diehard Marine.

I wanted to post a follow-up and report that the problem was fixed. I put a like new headlight stalk in from Will Tillery and it fixed my problem. :victory:
