It being a 1993 D110 I thought all you would have to do is add the roll cage and import it into a state where the smog rule was only 10 years. Or something to that affect. I didn't think the engine would matter unless it was coming into Ca where it's 1975 for smog regardless.

Having the tire on the right side doesn't obscure the view out of the rear window. Just remount the liscence plate to the spare tire or gas can bracket. I guess you could still get pulled over for not having a light on it but it's never happened to me. Paul
