we just have to make sure no two faced rover parts salesmen steal it  ;)
Amen to that shit. A couple more beers and my kindness would not have been up to par and his kahki panty wearing ass would have received a beatin. Man, that shit still pisses me off!

Windrock is sounding good. Now, I just gotta decide on the tire size to put on before we leave. 235.85 or 265.75.

Winrock also connects to Royal Blue and will take you all the way to I75 near Lafollette. I can't go this trip, but if any of you plan one in the spring, put me on the list.

Dec 17-18 sounds good to me... I think I can make that no prob.. I'll probably be camp'n too, so I hope they have the wood ready there at the campsites like you said, we're gonna need it!

So who's running pretty much stock? I mean I don't wanna hold back the guys wanting to get extreme.
If atleast 1 or 2 other stockers came along that'd be great.
Are the trails tight or wide...brushwise...etc...?

So let's start throw'n out some meeting times, locations, etc....
When people go to Windrock don't they usually meet right there off the Lovell road exit going into Knoxville?
How long does it take to get to the trail?
And you have to pay $15 per day per person regardless of who's drive'n right?
So like you'd have to pay $15 to wheel on Sat, and another $15 if you wanna wheel on Sun.?

Can anyone in short give me the low-down on the wood steal'n story, or did I miss something?

*P.S. I think the Monteagle trip that was kinda in the works for this weekend (Dec 10th) is now off....

im going to be convoying with george and bill, so it would be logical for you guys to meet up with us, plus, bill has lead several people through windrock so he will know the best place to meet. as the 17th gets closer, ill post a meeting place/time.

I was going to suggest meeting at the entrance / camp site, but it may be difficult for some to find. I think it may be best to meet somewhere in Oak Ridge. Regardless of which way you are coming from, you basically need to go through Oak Ridge. From there it is about 10-15 min to the trail head.

As far as firewood, I know they had tons of it during TAR 04. Albeit wet and unusable, they had plenty at the time. I will try to call tomorrow and see if they still have firewood available.

Another heads up is rates. coal creek ohv is $15/vehicle/day and windrock campground is $18/tent/day. this is better than the old $20/person/day.

Im looking forward to this trip! Should be a blast. Especially if everyone shows.
