Three people in one vehicle for two days will cost $90. Every person entering the Coal Creek OHV area must have a permit ($15/day) and sign their waiver form.

So does the $15/day cover campground costs?
Or is it $15/day plus $18 camping fee?
Who's wheel'n on Sunday?
If we get enough ride'n in on Sat. I may break camp earlier in the day on Sun. and head on back home.
If we don't get started early enough on Sat. I'll wheel some on Sunday too..

As far as I know you can camp in the Windrock parking area at no additional charge.

According to their website, there is camping at the trailhead at no cost, first come first serve. I will be working till Sat. 5 or 6 AM then driving down! I map quested it and it is right around four hours drive. I'll be tired sat. but I will still be hitting the trails. If you are already out on the trails, I could meet you at a certain time or trail or try and pull you up on the CB(what channel will everyone be using)?
Let me know. I am looking forward to it! Sounds like this trip is going to be alot of fun!

So are we narrowing down a meeting time and place yet?
A meeting place in Oak Ridge might work well, everyone has to go through Oak Ridge to get to the camp site right?
I know that I along with others coming in on I-40 will be getting off at exit 356, then we'd take Hwy 58 to Hwy 95N that goes into Oak Ridge. It looks like all the other directions on the windrockcampground.com page takes everyone through Oak Ridge too. So that might be the best place to meet up...?
Opinions?
george, bill, and myself, and maybe one or two other discos are convoying down and will have a meeting place set up sometime next week, and it will most likely be in oak ridge, considering i have no desire to get into the middle of knoxvegas and oak ridge is where the hotel is located.

I'll have the handheld. You'll probably be hearing me screaming about portals too.

Chatter is definitely part of the trip Another enjoyable sound is Richard thrashing the hell out of that D2 without regard to body panels, differentials, axles, and small animals was worth the trip to URE this year.

Everyone bring your cameras! Next best thing to wheeling is looking at wheeling pics... especially when its your truck and experiences.

Even though I can't go, if anyone breaks, you are welcome to tow it to my place, I have indoor storage, I'm about 45 minutes away, and I'm a professional Tech. I'll PM my number if it's needed.

Definitely might need that. I have a nack for tearing things up hours from home.
