Again, I am not defending Obama/Biden or the democrats. The title of this thread brought up by the Alaskan Hunter is "McCain VP - Sarah Palin." Hunter even goes on to ask what our thoughts are, then gets all butt hurt when someone doesn't agree with him and further goes on to call you up to his defense because he is clearly not articulate enough to carry on an intelligent conversation. He is by all accounts an over zealous douche bag. You and I are 1 degree of separation and I think you are familiar with my posts that I have never disrespected anyone in the military. That does not mean that I should not have my opinion as to whether or not someone is fit to be president and criticize the choices he makes.

But to address your post, neither Kennedy or Edwards is of concern or on ticket, but since you like to bring up party faults here is a list of Republicans caught with there dicks in the dirt while preaching family values.

No, it's from the National Lampoon Gentleman's Bathroom Companion. Published in the 70's. Volkswagen did sue them and got them all removed from the newstand. But not before quite a few were sold. If you come across one, it's a collector's item.

When I was looking at it in the bookstore when it came out, I thought I was going to die laughing right there. LOL

Here some shining stars from the Democratic Party for you to remember Montana:

Sen. Daniel Inouye. The 82-year-old Hawaii Democrat was accused in the 1990s by numerous women of sexual harassment. Democrats cast doubt on the allegations and the Senate Ethics Committee dropped its investigation.

Former Rep. Gus Savage. The Illinois Democrat was accused of fondling a Peace Corps volunteer in 1989 while on a trip to Africa. The House Ethics Committee decided against disciplinary action in 1990.Continued

Rep. Barney Frank. The outspoken Massachusetts Democrat hired a male prostitute who ran a prostitution service from Frank’s residence in the 1980s. Only two Democrats in the House of Representatives voted to censure him in 1990.

Former Sen. Brock Adams. The late Washington Democrat was forced to stop campaigning after numerous accusations of drugging, assault and rape, the first surfacing in 1988.

Former Rep. Fred Richmond. This New York Democrat was arrested in 1978 for soliciting sex from a 16-year-old. He remained in Congress and won re-election—before eventually resigning in 1982 after pleading guilty to tax evasion and drug possession.

Former Rep. John Young. The late Texas Democrat increased the salary of a staffer after she gave in to his sexual advances. The congressman won re-election in 1976 but lost two years later.

Former Rep. Wayne Hays. The late Ohio Democrat hired an unqualified secretary reportedly for sexual acts. Although he resigned from Congress, the Democratic House leadership stalled in removing him from the Administration Committee in 1976.

Former Rep. Gerry Studds. He was censured for sexual relationship with underage male page in 1983. Massachusetts voters returned him to office for six more terms.

Former Rep. Mel Reynolds. The Illinois Democrat was convicted of 12 counts of sexual assault with a 16-year-old. President Bill Clinton pardoned him before leaving office.

Sen. Teddy Kennedy. The liberal Massachusetts senator testified in defense of nephew accused of rape, invoking his family history to win over the jury in 1991.

Amazing how Democrats call gays "Diverse" when they are on their side, but "Perverts" when they aren't.

Flexible Morals? Yeah, sure are.

What I'm really amazed at are all the liberal news babes critizing Sarah Palin for having the nerve to have a career while she's got 5 kids at home, one of them a "special needs" kid no less. Did the whole feminism movement just go on hiatus like global warming?

Classic! I can just see Rummy breathing a long sigh....looking grave....and then telling his commanders, "We better start raping children."

Oh, and this just in on a CNN news alert: apparently a recent study has found that the overwhelming majority of incarcerated prisoners across the world "didn't do it."

Right! Did they forget that Biden, 2 weeks after loosing his Wife in a car wreck, took the Oath in his childrens room surrounded by reporters.

He wanted to quit and stay home with his boys, but the DNC talked him into takign the job.

BUT..........

When a working mom gets the VP nod, and dad is at home with the kids.... Thats a breakdown of values.

Inconsistant Morons!

I have a big problem with her treatment thus far as well, I don't care what party a person is from, but looking through the "forest", there is no possible way anyone could deny a liberal slant and downright vicious attack from the media on this lady...tacky and tasteless.

Edit: I'd like to hear Obama scream "ENOUGH" at these people...

And, she stands behind her Pro-Life stance even when it's tough.

She had a special needs kid that many would have coathangered.
And, I'm betting her kid is going to go full term.

Seems she practices what she preeches.... Thats what disgusts most Democrats.

I think this is the beginning of the Palin Revolution.

I could respect her "pro-life" stance if she were also against the death penalty, but she isn't, so she's a hypocrite in that regard.

Kind of like the Taliban/Creationism comparison, this is a pretty lame comparison too.

Unborn child vs adult convicted of a crime heinous enough to warrant the death penalty? Come on, man......

Blasted by republican pundits...

The dissent from within has started...

"Wall Street Journal columnist and former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan and former John McCain adviser, Time columnist, and MSNBC contributor Mike Murphy were caught on tape disparaging John McCain's selection of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate.

"It's over," Noonan said.

When Chuck Todd asked her if this was the most qualified woman the Republicans could nominate, Noonan responded, "The most qualified? No. I think they went for this, excuse me, political bullshit about narratives. Every time the Republicans do that, because that's not where they live and that's not what they're good at, they blow it."

Murphy characterized the choices as "cynical" and "gimmicky."
