    Auxillary gas tank mystery

I think the Australian Army had dual tanks with exterior fillers on them- I am not sure if they reversed the tubes and breathers though and stocked 2 different tanks though.

    109 body on 110 frame

Richard's usually have the holes cleaned up- Galvanizing build up removed so bolts pass through. I've seen a few screwed up Richard's chassis in the past- maybe QC has improved. (the crossmember behind the gearbox was actually fitted upside down)

    Project Diesel Series

Maybe one of them went to the glow plugs? FWIW A lot of Japanese Diesels are 24 volt, Toyotas etc.

    Rear Seating in an 88"

You could use a small trailer like a M416 (or Canadian M100) or Sankey with an 88" too. that makes for a versatile combination and easily doubles the volume you can transport.

    2.5l na diesel compression figures

When they went from the 2.25 diesel to the 2.5 they went to a timing belt. Zeuss used to sell a timing gear conversion though I have heard it had issues- I don't know what they were though.

    Suspension/build question(s)

It has been done- there was one in Canada for sale for a long time. The FJ-40 chassis seems to flex a LOT moore than the series chassis does and the Series body doesn't seem to like that much flexing. Something to think about. As for a Series body on a 100 RRC chassis...

    109 Diff | Axle Options

Shorter driveshaft, and move the spring perches to match the 88"s springs. You might be able to redrill the center pin s on the springs and move the axle back 1" or so too, I think TAW outlines that on her site: http://www.americancollectors.com/Select_a_Quote/205/

    109 Diff | Axle Options

no the salisbury's are 24 spline w/~1.24" shafts. Regular leafspring spiral bevel Rover diffs are 10 spline ~1.10" shafts. You could get the 4.7 ratio Toyota diffs that Mercedes Rover was talking about a while back and and leave the front alone, that would get you a hypoid diff- and 30 spline...

NY Gov. Elliot Spitzer (D) Pimp!

It really doesn't matter if you think it should be legal or not- it IS illegal and by using this prostitution ring he supported the efforts of an illegal criminal organization with his $. Not only while he was governor but apparently when he was the attorney general ostensibly tasked with the...
