Considering getting a LR3, any advice?

Suspension bushings and differentials. My 05 was in the shop so often that I developed a great relationship with my service advisor. My advice is to get one that someone has had a ton of work done to that still has a warranty... Wait, that goes for all of these trucks! I liked mine, but jumped...

    suburban Coyote deterrent advice

She can get bird-shot for her .357, but that requires the predator to be seen and close enough for the bbs to impact it.

    Is this really possible?

CO2 is heavier than air, while CO is similar in density. I am dubious that CO poisoning could happen outside from an exhaust leak, but the details seem missing. Poor people. Were they in a Jeep?

    life insurance

Yeah, you need to be specific if you are an "adventure sports" person. I think most term life policies will not payout on any shooting sports accidents, rock climbing, dirt bike riding, off-road vehicle (including rover driving) accidents. Talk to your insurance agent for auto and home and they...

    Hams: anyone use HF?

With grey-line propagation you should be able to get into South America at about 4PM local time, at least down to Central America. 10M is opening up and you should be able to get out on a wet noodle. 73s

Go local! Talk to one of your breweries and see if they can bottle a brew with special labels for the wedding. It is worth a shot and it helps spread the economic love to people who you might see regularly.

General Grabber AT2 or Dunlop Radial Rover R/T

BFG AT K/O are great in mud and snow. The general grabbers do not clean as well in the mud but are great in the snow. Get the BFG if you can afford them.

Test Drove the Range Rover Evoque

MINI countryman si great and quirky, but the rail down the middle of the back seat needs to be removed and a bench in its place. The rear passenger section is just weird IMLO. We have the up model of the Cooper S with leather and the fit and finish is nowhere near that of the land rover, but...

    Q. on 03-04 Rangeys: black interior? 2nd moonroof?

2004 westminster is the only one available with black interior. They are out there, but the sand interior is great too. When purchasing a RR the rule of thumb is to buy the newest you can afford. I found a great deal on a white one that I love. There is a white one on CL locally for 14K... it...

    Insurance claim / aftermarket parts

Gap insurance is offered by insurance agencies too. Banks, dealerships, and insurance companies have offered me gap in the past and it seems that the insurance gap policies were cheaper than the other two. I paid 600 for the RR from my bank and something like 5 dollars a month for the mini from...
