A DI blank will work. You just have to grind down the tip of the shank a tad.

There is a service bulletin stating LR will pay for the mount and balance and pay up to 75% of the cost of the tires I believe. It's a pro-rated deal and varies on mileage I think.

Pretty much. The SLABS ECU is specific to LR as far as I know. Do you have a DII KevLar?

X2 KevLar, that's for DI and some RRC only. DII = Totally different animal.

X2 on Bill at KMC. He's got AutoLogic which has all the capabilities of RC.
